I am Dr. Ravi Goswami, am of Indian Origin but a Canadian citizen by birth, I am a Veterinary surgeon here in New Brunswick (Canada), I own a Livestock Farmhouse and also managing some Government Owned Livestock Companies,which is really taking much of my time,it has become very imperative for me to get a trust worthy assistant who will supervise and keep me up to date with all activities going on in my Farmhouse.

Your duty is to coordinate all the activities going on in the farmhouse and supervise the other workers, taking record of their daily activities and making sure everything are well coordinated within.Presently there are 3 worker working for me (2) Indians and (1) from Sri-Lanka.

The Employment Duration is full time, as long as you are ready to work and with the following facilities.

A) A private accommodation with a furnished sitting room and bedrooms suitable for a family.
B) A Fixed land phone and an Internet ready computer.
C) Free medical care covered by my family insurance
D) A day off every week and all fully paid six weeks vacation a year.

Working Hours is 9:am to 12:noon and 2:pm to 5:pm.

Salary: $6,000 Canadian Dollars Monthly,
Weekly up keep Allowance: $250 Canadian Dollars weekly
Total Gross Salary ($7,000 Canadian Dollars) monthly after tax.

TERMS AND CONDITION'S.
I shall provide all necessary documents needed to facilitate the processing of your visa and work permit,but you have to bear the cost of your visa procurement with the Canadian embassy over there in your country.This is to prove your seriousness/commitment to take up this job.

As soon as i confirm your visa is ready, Amount spent on visa processing and one month salary advance will be paid to you,this is to enable you take care of any local expenses before embarking on your trip. Note that I will only refund amount spent on visa and the one month salary advance when i have confirm your visa is ready.

probation period in which you will be trained and your performance will be rated and
judged by professional analyst, if you succeed you will be drafted for full employment and
permanented, if you fall short you will be given a grace of another 3months probation
period to help you meet up with lapses and lacks you expressed in your previous trial, after
which the final decision will be taken and management can decide to terminate your
appointment with a severance package.
SALARY: The Employee (you) monthly basic salary shall be 10,500 CAD + 200 Weekly
office allowance, Total is 10,700 CAD after 15% Tax rate as Monthly allowances. Salary
will be reviewed after three months; payment shall be directly paid into the Employee’s
bank account {negotiable}.
ANNUAL LEAVE: In accordance with the provisions of Organization of Working Time Act 1997,
Eight (8) weeks’ vacation will be granted in a year.
BENEFITS: Employee (you) will be entitled to, free accommodations, free lunch feedings.
Air Ticket from your country to Canada and reimbursement of any expenses you made
during the processing of your visa and your work permit upon your arrival in Canada.
Sponsoring an application for citizenship status. Opportunity to travel with a maximum of 3
family members.
CONTRACT DURATION: The duration of first contract shall be Four years and Full Time employment.
PLACE OF WORK: The Employee (you) shall be based for the time being at
Canada.
COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT:
Your employment will commence on 1st of SEPTEMBER, 2016.Your
employment is contingent on the results of a background check which may
include reference checks,verification of education and work history. If the
results of your background check reveal information that is inconsistent with our
standards,this offer may be rescinded or your employment with the company
may be subject to immediate termination and deportation back to your country,
at the discretion of the company.
ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE:
Your employer currently provides personal accident insurance for regular
employees up to a maximum cover of 45,000 CAD , payable in accordance with
the provisions of the policy less any legally required benefits. The employer may
terminate or change the scheme at any time at his discretion.
PRIVATE HEALTH SCHEME:
The company operates a private health scheme for all regular employees, which
provides medical expense cover for yourself and your immediate family (i. e.
Spouse & children) to change the health scheme at any time at its discretion.
MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND SCHEME:
In accordance with Canadian legislation, the employer is registered with the
Mandatory Provident Fund scheme administered by the Government of Canada
to which you and the company are legally liable to contribute an equal
percentage of 21.5% of your salary.
GRIEVANCES:
If you have any grievance relating to your employment, you should raise it either
orally or in writing to your employer
ENTIRETY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This Agreement and the provisions in the Employer’s policy expressly
incorporated herein contains the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all agreements and arrangements written or oral, relating to your
employment by the Employer or the any other member of the SIEMENS
GROUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (which shall be deemed to have been
terminated by mutual consent). In the event of any discrepancy between this
agreement and the provisions in the Company Policy, this Agreement shall
prevail. Any notice required to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall
be deemed to be duly served in the case of notice to the Company immediately if
handed personally to your Department Head/ Employer or upon the expiration of
24 hours is sent to its address and in the case of notice to you if handed to you
personally or upon the expiration of 24 hours if left at or sent by registered post
and addressed to your last known address. No failure or delay by the Employer
in exercising any of his right, power or remedy hereunder should operate as a
waiver thereof. No waiver by the employer of any breach by you of any
provision herein shall be deemed to be a waiver of the breach or any subsequent
breach of that or any other provisions hereof.
ALTERATION TO THE TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Any alterations in
the regulations Employment affecting Employee (you) will be notified by a letter
or memorandum, but any general alteration will be communicated in a circular
to the Employee (you).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be constructed and interpreted
in accordance with the Canadian Laws and the parties shall submit to the nonexclusive
jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts located in New South Wales in the
event of any dispute arising out of and /or in connection with your employment.

The parties hereto have set their hands and seal the day and year first above written.
