and it as been sent Richard Bale 0091-9582841860 visa/permit department India
My doubt is that the mail id is correct or not and Richard Bale is appointed in Mumbai.

A Scammers is obviously impersonating Mr. Richard Hartwill, B.A., LL.B., B.C.L. If you google "his" telephone number "+1 418 800 3528" you can see it was used in many scams! Wake up! Do a little research. No real company ever requests that you pay for a visa or work permit. It is an obvious scam!
No real embassy ever uses a free email address and no real employer ever asks you to pay for a visa or work permit. Read www.scam-job-emails.tk
