FRANCIS MBEWE is a scammer I have paid over $ 4000 to him to move workers from Ghana to Canada from January till now he has not been able to complete the process.
I have reported him to Ontario police, esdc, Zambia police, Whitehorse police and saskatewan police and his network service provider= iristel inch.
I have told them I have given FRANCIS MBEWE up to October if the process or my money is not refunded they should arrest him and his partner Tola Zulu.
