I would like to know if I still have an opportunity to enter Canada with my family, as I lost my chance in the year 1972 during Idi Amin's dictatorship over Uganda. Most of our relatives and friends migrated to Canada.I was a child then and my parents returned to India. Now I would like to be in Canada. Your kind response id highly appreciated. Thanks.
