I am Masters student in Gulu University, Uganda, recently I was awarded scholarship to study as as Exchange student in Concordia University, Montreal,Four Months Period,Funded by Canadian International Development Agency(CIDA),
Can I apply for a visitor visa from your office in Dar es Salaam since I am for my Holidays in Dar es salaam,
Will I be given the visa since the Fall semester starts so soon in the first week of Sept 2012?
How much time will it take for the visa processing?

I'm a Tanzanian searching your sponsorship for studying Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. I got a chance to start studying the Academic year
