It has become a big issue when it comes to canadian study visas, since the establishment of the so called organisation OIM, things have become so difficult and different..i dont know if they are against us the gambians alone or whatever, but things are no longer clear.
even the personnels responsible for receiving our appilcations(OIM) dont understand proper english, and they dont even know the purpose of some documents..
Applicants are rejected on false reasons..
I want to study in canada but I do not know how to get permit from canada immigration and apply for student visa.

The canadian embassy is a business entity of the Immigration of the republic of Canada. Canada is the 10th richest country in the World and a huge percentage of their income is produced by their embassies around the world. They making business not diplomatic missions. They're the worst embassy in the World when it comes to rejecting visas.
I am a Gambia i wanted to apply business visa to Canada but the system and the way of applying visa in Senegal was in great doubt . it was not transparent. the application are left out of loop and the system lack trust we the applicant and outside know what is in the system (operation bride and get visa)this greatly spoil the image of Canada. I have recently applied for a vacation period of 2 weeks in Canada. I had all my papers appropriately done with all my documents income covering letter invitation letter and income of my sponsor all up to date. But i was still denied. Why is it you are told you may visit another country if you fill all the requirements and still told no on a presumption???? Presuming that you will not return home. Requirements are requirements, and all was filled according to the written standards, What kind of country is this that will deny you a visitors visa b.c of what they think even when u have done all the legal formalities?????
