It is always recommend to hire an immigration lawyer over an immigration consultant.
The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is on the verge of being disbanded because of the number of documented self-governing problems and unlicensed rogue consultants especially overseas, being allowed to slip through the net.
Candidates who believe they are on the verge of a successful application can find themselves rejected because of an unlicensed immigration consultant they used.

Hello, I’m Ravindra Kumara (R.Kumara according to Mr.RG). I’m a technical student of German Tec Rathmalana. I have completed my training and in 2016 October. I saw Asset G’s advertisement somewhere in 2016 December and I emailed my CV. Mr.RG called me and gave me an opportunity to meet him. And he said that he can arrange me a job in Canada in 3 months since I hold my NVQ2 trade certificate.
I paid him 200,000 by trusting him and what he has done is mislead me by telling lies every single day. It didn’t took many months for me to realize his hora weday. I took the money out in 2017 April. And I applied for a student visa from a reputed student visa counseling center. I have paid my fees, done medicals, done police reports and I might get my visa in less than 21 days.
Two weeks ago Mr.RG spoke to me and tried to build up a decent conversation with me and I didn’t had any problem with it and told him what I had done and my future plans on Canada. He acted very happy about my success and started scolding the people who’s commenting on these forums and told me that because of these comments he’s loosing his clients bla bla. I never taught that he’s trying to create a story by using me like this.
Also Mr.RG said that he can provide me with accommodation since his family members in various provinces in Canada and they are into lodging business to Sri Lankens. And he asked me to come and visit once I get my visa and to discuss more and have some lunch.
He got my all the details of the university, my degree details, and wanted a copy of my visa to arrange my accommodation.
I never taught that Mr.RG will use my personal details like this to mislead innocent people like you. Please don’t believe his stories im the R.Kumara (Ravindra Kumara) and true that I will get my visa in 2-3 weeks and this is not by Mr.RG all he done to me is lie and take my money.

I have never visited this Asset Gold/Rodney Gnanamany. I heard about him from my cousin bro when he enrolled with this Asset Gold place in Kandana. My first impression about this place was that you cannot immigrate Canada by just spending 6 lakhs, it is got to be a scam.
Turns out my first impression was right. Cousin brother said he can go to Canada within 3 months. 3 months gone, 6 months gone, a year gone and finally it is close to 2 years now. Yes, he is still here.I can relate to some of the story that are published here with the story told by my cousin bro.
Rodney and Samantha Gnanamany (of Asset Gold-Kandana) are liars and thieves, currently No 1 Canadian immigration fraudsters in Sri Lanka. They are not able to send you to Canada. However Canadian immigration will prohibit you from entering Canada for 5 years. The reason for the ban is that Rodney is preparing fake job offers and fake documents to submit to Canadian immigration. You will end up losing money and time, but no results.
Canada immigration partnered with USA, UK, New Zealand, and Australia, which it calls partner nations, and these partners share info,including criminal records, with each other. Submitting forged documents is a criminal offence.There is a risk of being rejected visa from other developed countries too, in case if you apply.
