The World Key is very suspicious. They use a free email address which is also suspicious.
They charge money as security to the Canadian government and the Canadian government does not request any such security! This company has only been around for 8 months according to their website registration. You should NEVER be charged in advance for ANY job!

Dear Gandhavadi Venkatesh,
I am pleased to inform you that your Visa and Work Permit Application and other required documents has been dully received and it has been forwarded to our General Consular office for the final approval ,with the exception of your medical certificate in which a medical test will be conducted on your appointment date in our premises here in Chandigarh by our medical expatriates.
In respect of the approval of your visa and work permit application file tomorrow, you will be eligible to make your visa fees by tomorrow morning and also your appointment date for the official stamping of your visa at the embassy will be sent to you.
You shall be informed with the outcome of the status of your file immediately your file approval is released from the General Consular office.
