Here's the account details of corresponding officer that's on duty this morning, to file up your visa fee payment confirmation with your application for the issueance of your visa and schedule of your appiontment date of the official stamping of your visa at embassy.

Make sure you send the scan copy of your payment slip receipt immediately,so that our official receipt for your payment will be issue and sent to you with your appointment date schedulement.You are to keep your payment receipt saved, because you must come along with it on your appointment date here in our embassy.
Also note that you will come along with your medical test fee of 1200 INR on your appointment date.

I have applied for my aunt's visitor visa, but they denied. We applied again with an appeal by the Member of parliament in Ontario in which he provided his personal guarantee of my aunt's return date. We also provided documents of my job, my event venue and many other vendor contracts. My aunt also provided her bank balance which was near about 60 LAKH and she has property at the value of 20 Crore or more. She has her whole family in India which gives her more than enough reasons to go back to India. The embassy did not consider any new documents and decided to reject without any interview. I am glad to inform you that your visa Application file has been approved by the General consular.
Find the attached file above to download your visa application approval notification letter .
You are now eligible to make your visa fee payment this morning,this is in accordance to the instructions and embassy rules to have your payment slip scan copy attached with your file to indicate the duration of years approved for your entry visa.
Your Visa fee is Seventeen thousand six hundred India rupees (17,600 INR) inclusive of bank charges.
Upon receiving the payment confirmation, our official receipt will be issued out to you together with your appointment date and entry tag.You are urged to keep your payment details saved,you are also required to come along with the copy on your appointment day for the official stamping of your international passport at the embassy.
Get back to me for the confirmation of the receipt of your file approval letter ,so that i can contact the accounting department to have the account details of the corresponding officer in-charge for your visa fee payment.
Be noted that you are to come along with sum of 1,200Rs for your medical test on your appointment date at the Embassy.
A copy of this Approval notification letter has been sent to your employer as well .

I am pleased to inform you that your Visa and Work Permit Application and other required documents has been dully received and it has been forwarded to our General Consular office for the final approval ,with the exception of your medical certificate in which a medical test will be conducted on your appointment date in our premises here in Chandigarh by our medical expatriates.
In respect of the approval of your visa and work permit application file tomorrow, you will be eligible to make your visa fees by tomorrow morning and also your appointment date for the official stamping of your visa at the embassy will be sent to you.
You shall be informed with the outcome of the status of your file immediately your file approval is released from the General Consular office.
