Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm a Guyanese and I've been living in Barbados for 13 years, a year ago i was granted Permanent Residence, can i travel to Canada on a Permanent Residence status or would i need to apply for a Canadian visa although I have the Barbadian Permanent Residence? I know Guyanese are required to have a Canadian visa before traveling to Canada.
