I need visit visa for Canada,if you help me something please
I'm coming from Bangladesh,and I living brazil 6years I have documents,and Brazil passport and I'm all so married,have one children,now we want to go canada,but we do not a visa,what we need to do??? if you help me something....!!! please please

DENONCIATION

1. The hotel manger and the police kidnapping me from the Hotel. and take all my property and sold them and share between them and said is under the pretext that they sold to cover the Hotel fees that i owe the hotel. In the mean time they are before the court to said that they are wictim because i defraud them.

By doing so they did not contact Hotel, intercontinental, Hotel sheraton, Hotel HYATT, AND HOTEL HILTON that i was with clean record for more then 10 months but pick hotel for flat service rate hotel bela cintra that can lie to support their malicieuse prosecution even though we pay all the fees before we leave in presence of the owner of the hotel in saturday.

The hotel sold my property that worth .16,824.80 REAS... and they claim i owe the .3771.00 reas....................
hereis the the details of my property they sold:

1. Computor laptop screen touch 2500 Canadian dollars
2. Tralvel bag 700 Canadian dollars
3. documments bag 300 Candian dollars
4 4 suites 1600 Candaian dollars
5 9 chemises 1000 Canadian dollars
6. Coates 700 Canadian dollars
7 choes 300 Canadian dollars
8 ties 400 Canadian dollars
9 telephone 500 Canadian dollars
10 food money 1000 reas

All my company documents distroy
all my imprtants document distroy INCLUDE BILLS
my passport break that i did show to the Canada ambassy because passport is canadian government property

Even though the Hotel Manager sold all my property he keep telling my lawyer that he has my property and he want me to pay him in addition to get back my property. So the lawyer get tired in negociating with him and ask me to get the ambassy involve and i did.

CANADIAN AMBASSY

I went to the consullar in sao paulo and ask them to call for my property that hotel hold and they did. They ask Hotel manager why he still holding my property when the caution was pay to the court. His answer was that he sold all the property to cover the hotel fees that i own them for my stay so if i pay money in the court then is not his business.

in the 16 may he repeat before the court that he decided to own my property and sold them to compensated what i own them. So he did confirm before the court and i was so chocked. i was so speechless.

HOTEL BELA CINTRA

The hotel bela is flat rate hotel service with fix price for month, with no cafe, alcoh or food to the guest room. Guest prepared their own food cafe and the rest. and is the reason that we went there because after we have baby in august our expenses was high and to be able to ajust we need some thing we can afforded.
the room is 2795 R$reas a month. And we was there for month and half so even if we don,t pay at all the amount will be never 8000 R$ reas. the most will be 2795 + 1397= 4192 R$ Reas . but we did pay before we leave.
There is no way in the world a black man will not pay the hotel for more then 8000 R$ Reas and the Hotel will let him walk free from hotel without taking his property or call the police because he is good talker. That will be impossible and why the court the SUBPOENA for the receptioniste call himself representative of the hotel to come to court if we really owe them 8000 R$ Reas. why not the hotel manager?
THE Hotel manager and the owner speack english very well and i talk to them before we leave. We did not run. how we can run from the hotel with more then 10 bags. Thye have to wait 3 weeks later to come against us with stupid charge????? and denie what we pay them????
when i am be prosecuted for just 1700$

ANALYSE

I came to to brazil for some business then my wife get pregnant so we end to stay longer then predict for the delivery of the baby. so even though i am Canadian my baby is brazilian and Canadian as well.
We spend more the 250 000.oo $ for just hetls fees plus taxes. FROM Hotels intercontinental, sheraton, hyatt, hilton and bela cintra as well. and eache time we book for 2 to 3 weeks and we pay and money always come directly from Canada or USA except hotel bela cintra that is flat rate service.
For all thoses hotels fees payment is the same company Lawyer and accounttant that make the arrangement with the agency for the money to be pay I don,t travel with this kind of money only just pocket money for my food and my family. The manager from Hilton HOTEL knew him. as we stay ther for more the 8 months.

Is the same lawyer that pay Talita to prepare the defense she did and is the same lawyer that pay money to the court for the Bail for me and is the same lawyer that that going to pay this hotel guard if i was not kidnapping.
FOR the most of the hotels and restaurants the booking take place first with out payment and the payment take place after the services when the Guest is checking out not before.
I was still in the hotel because i was waiting for the payment to take place before i leave like i did with others hotels not with intend to defaraud the hotel. just for 1800$ for somone who pay thousand and thousand dollars for hotels. Let we be just realistic.

CONCLUSION
Turn out that the hotels owe me because they sold all my propeerty that worth more then the hotel fees. I don,t owe them any thing now.. So i am be prosecuted for what? for the money i did not owe or for the coulor of my skin? How they can say beyond the reasonable doubt that i was not going to pay them when they hold all my property. and i never went before this hotel manager for any talk before the event or after the event.
