I am Syrian (40 yrs) have MRes. Chemistry from univ. Damascus, a married, got Academic EILTS (Score: 6.0) SINCE April 2011 and wish to know if I can find any facilities (i.e PhD full scholarship, exempt from a new registration in Academic EILTS)under the humanitarian name. Knowing i have an acceptable experience in environmental science made me a reviewer in a top American journal with impact factor more than 3.300.
