Re: My Canada Pension Plan
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Mrs. Julita Navera and I have worked as a theatre nurse at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada for one year (April 2006-April 2007). The Capital Health deducted an amount of money from my salary for my CPP. I started getting it at the age of 60 years and Im already 61 now. I thought I was able to obtain this money as a lump sum like the Kiwi Saver plan here in New Zealand. The issue is that I am receiving these payments in installments of 28NZ dollars per month. Some months I do not receive these monthly payments in the mail. So this leads me to believe that this is quite a risky delivery option. I have requested these payments to be deposited directly into my bank account but to this day since one year ago, I have not received any response from the Canadian Pension Plan office from Quebec, Canada. Lastly, I would like to know if the money being sent to me is already taxed?

Respectfully yours,

Julita Navera
