Sir please kindly help me , I am a Cameroonian in India , I have an expire passport and it has been stollen , I did the declaration from the high court and police verification when thiefs broke into my house , we dnt have embassy of Cameroon in India , and I tried all mean to get a an exit from Frro of India but they said they need a letter from my embassy , and they can't give an exit permit without passport. I went to Nigeria embassy to explain my situation but they can't help me without my country permission. they told me that my country have to give me a power of attorney so that they can issue me a pass.No where to turn to becouse there is no embassy. What can I do?
