I was offered a job at this company i just would like to know if its a scam or not
We have just contacted Cameroon embassy and we just had a response from them regarding the whole process. Dear applicant, we understand you have accepted our terms of work. You have to proceed by filling the employment application and medical forms: print the forms, fill them with ink, scan and send them back to us. This information is required; for any unavailable information, keep the space blank. Basically, you must fill your personal details on the employment application form and identification details. You will also send scanned copies of the following documents: 

A copy of your passport,
your academic certificate or diploma
 Passport size photo (white back ground)
 
After you have sent your employment application, medical forms and the entire documents mentioned above, you will be registered with Sogea Satom Cameroon (that is; you are identified by this company) and under Cameroon labour office. We have contacted the Cameroon embassy in South Africa (Pretoria) to know the document you will need for your Visa and below is the list.
These are the required documents;
 
 (A)   Documents to be presented at the embassy:

1.    A passport valid for at least 6 months.
2.    Two completed application forms from the nearest Cameroon embassy (Cameroon embassy in South Africa)
3.    A legalised letter of invitation (legalised work permit) with
the Cameroon Police from either the host/contact/partner in Cameroon
(accompanied by a legalised copy of the Cameroonian National Identity
Card or Residence Permit).
4.    Return or continuation ticket.
5.    Travel Insurance.
6.    A Valid Poliomyelitis Vaccination Certificate.
7.    Proof of accommodation
 
 You should make available documents 1, 6 and 7 then the company will apply and provide documents 2, 4 and 5. You shall then get documents 3 from the Cameroon Ministry of Lobour and Social Security or the Cameroon Immigration Police. As for now the company needs the following documents to start the first phase as soon as possible (A copy of your passport, your academic certificate or diploma, Passport size photo, Employment application and medical forms)send these documents before the 21/02/2017 then we shall proceed to the next stage and make sure you check your mails frequently.

where i can find an apartment that can give me a proof of accommodation with late reservation deposit, but i can pay it when i arrive in the apartment..i badly needed the proof of accommodation for my visa processing..

We have also been contacted by Davis Kings in connection with a vacancy in Douala. Luckily I found this website and saved our skins.

He has sent through a registration document to be signed for the visa application process, and the company has "kindly" paid around 980 Euros for the work permit.. what a joke.

I have also just spoken with Mr. Davis Kings on the phone, when I asked for an office number, he didn't have one to give me. So I asked him to forward the employment contract in detail anyway, (just to give them some extra work to do with all the free time they have to sit around and scam people)

By the way, he is totally Nigerian, I can depict that English accent very clearly.
