I'm a Citizen of Republic Of Benin but am a Religion Student in Cameroon at FRANSICAN SCHOOL OF SAINT FRANCIS BAMENDA.
I came on holidays and I lost my RESIDENT PERMIT CARD and I wanted to get another one done because the old one has expired September 1st 2013 and I need to get it before I return to School in Cameroon on 28th September 2013.
Kindly let me know the payment fee and all needed documents and if its possible for me to send the documents to your Embassy since there's no Embassy of Cameroon here In Benin Republic
