Sir, I was married and divorced in Cameroon. Now I am in the US and want to get married to a Cameroonian born German. The Danish people told me that the divorce certificate has to be certified in Cameroon by the Department of Justice, external relations and the German embassy.
the high court president in Cameroon signed and stamped it the external relations in Yaoundé signed it, however the German embassy said they don t have to sign it. is it okay?. I called Berlin and I was told it has to be certified at the embassy in Berlin. what is the fee to have it certified at the embassy in Berlin ? and if that is done then is all my paperwork correct to go ahead and submit an application to get married ?
