I'm a cameroonian living in Thailand and needs to reniew my passport which's due out in sept. 2013. I would like to know if its possible to reniew it in China. My passport is the current Cameroon passport, love to hear from you.

My name is Pierre Oivier Bakalag and I'm a cameroonin citizen living in hong kong I would like to travel to England to visit my daughter next month but i cannot because my passport expire in July 2013.I'm holding the old version of Cameroonian passport and i still have lot of pages available in.i would please like to have an extension as soon as possible as I cannot get a visa to travel to china ;should I send my passport by DHL ? And how to pay for the extension fees?
Kindly answer to me so I can process I soon as possible.
