I face serious problem to extend my resident permit because my passport expires on 2014 December 11th. I have been calling at the embassy but no one to answer the phone there. I even also an email but still no reply yet. What should I do to get assistance at the embassy? who is the right contact to get in touch with? what is the right phone to join with?
Dear folks,I feel so disappointed the way the Cameroon embassy especially the one in Beijing works.To be very honest,I am not sure if these people there are out to serve themselves or the thousands of helpless Cameroonians there.No one answers office phone call,NEVER replies to mails and if you dear call the female secretary she rudely orders you not to call her but leave her an email which she never replies.What kind of system is this? Do they know they are out there to serve us? Take for instance the messages left above supposed to be answered by an embassy staff in charge of this site but just no comment from him or her.Does someone there really care for the interest of Cameroonians out here? I hear one guy died at the embassy last year just because of this type of attitude.I feel sick and believe there should be an adjustment in the way services are rendered there for the interest of all Cameroonians living here.
I have been with friends from other African countries who in case of emergencies in my presence ring up their embassies and immediately action is taken but with us,it is a sour story.Does anyone feel my/our frustration?
MY PASSPORT EXPIRES ON THE 24TH JULY 2014 . AND MY VISA ON THE 23RD OF MARCH 2014 I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO APPLY FOR NEW PASSPORT AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED THE NEW PASSPORT.

My passport expires next year on the 23rd of July 2014.I need either a new one or a renewal because my contract with my employer ends in March 2014. Hello fellow Cameroonians,i must admit i am befuddled as to how the embassy operates.This is the first time i am writing here because i cannot hold it any more.I have always thought,patience can get one accross but for too long now the embassy is not coming through for me.
No one ever answers the phone there nor reply mails.I am sending this message to ask if there is another way that people communicate with the embassy.Don't know if i am the problem.Are others suffering this in silence or they get their problems solved by traveling to Beijing? i even planned traveling there but needs to speak to someone to know things to prepare and how to prepare them.
Am i the only one experiencing this unprofessional approach by our embassy?No offense.I think they have to offer these services.i am always left without knowing what to do with document problems.
Please help if you have other ways of contacting the embassy. Thanks very much.

My Passport expires on August 27th 2013, and before then i am supposed to have submitted the passport for Visa extension. The present passport still has a lot of visa pages.I am writing to know the procedures of applying for another passport well ahead of time(say in July) t enable me apply for visa extension on time. I live in Haikou, Hainan Province of China.
