My Philippine fiancée is cleared to come to the US once she gets a "police clearance" from Cambodia. She visited there several times to sight see as she was working on a cruise ship out of Vietnam but never lived in Cambodia or even overnighted in the country, but the local police are asking for a permanent address before issuing the necessary paperwork to Justice Ministry. We are at an impasse? Help?! God bless you and thank you for your help, in advance. Time is beginning to become a concern as we have been trying without success for several weeks now to clear this. i am nigeria nationality and j have been to cambodia more than three time because i stay at vietnam and married to vietnam but i am back in nigeria and i want to visit cambodia do i need visa or do i have visa on arrival to cambodia?

BE ISSUED BY THE CONSULATE IN SEATTLE ? AND FOR WHAT
