i plan to visit cambodia 31/08/2015 to 29/09/2014 my flights also book accordingly but your accepting before my flight booking date mean 20/08/2015 to 20/09/2015. in this becouse of your careless i lost flight booking change cost and wast of 10 days. i am fully unhappy of your stupid mistake. finally i feel cambodia embassy is useless for Indians...

I am Bangladeshi passport holder living in Bangladesh want to visit Cambodia to attend health seminar on dated 26.08.15 as faculty of AO foundation. but unfortunately There is no Cambodian embassy in Bangladesh.
Recently i have came to know that Citizens of Bangladesh residing in Bangladesh must apply for a visa to Cambodia in person at the nearest consulate of Cambodia in Bangladesh which is Cambodia Embassy Bangladesh in New Delhi,India.
Would you kindly inform me:
1. Am i permitted for on arrival visa of Cambodia?
2. If not, how i can process or obtain through nearest consulate
Cambodia Embassy Bangladesh in New Delhi,India , How long time may take for ?
3. Any website ot e-application process allowed for ?
Please let me know what other necessary documents need for get visa & what the procedure.I would be very great full to you for your guidance.
