Hi good day how can i have a certificate of no marriage in myanmar and how much the cost of it

I would like to ask if it is possible i can process my business visa in Myanmar embassy in Bangkok, cause now I'm in Myanmar and on process to be hired volunteer in development work International Non Government Organization (INGO)namely ActionAid International. or do we have online service that i can use as to process..please advise me on what's the best option to do.
