If you want to come to Canada to study or work temporarily or travel to any country of your choice, you will probably need a study permit or a work permit. If you have applied for a study or work permit, your visa will be issued to you at the same time as your permit. To whom may concern
I would like to ask you about i am not citizen of Poland but i have got a ID card that i can travel , i want to visit my friends and find down the market in Bulgaria so how come i can visit . Do i need asking for the invitation paper from my friend at Bulgaria .
Could you please give me some advise .
