hi a am bulgarian, i born my dauther on 17 of february 20120 in cyprus and antill to make also bulgarian certificate of birth past 5m,i want to make now passport becouse on 25 11 2012 i will go to bulgaria and the funny think is that from august the embacy is closed for renovation and they dont want to make mi passport only way is to make passport for 3m who cost around 70 euro and after to make normal one who cost many agein....wanderfull who gonna pey this mone ...me ...is it my mystake that they can notm do this for me... and the staff is not polait at tol.if is posible they can kill you true the telephon

I am quite surprised from the Bulgarian staff at the embassy ....tehy were quite friendly which is not very common for Bulgarian services...but they did not give me receipt when i paid a fee for my passport extention
