Dear sir,
I have discovered that the embassy in Bangkok is closed, and I have already paid my flights and hotel including health insurance for a trip to Bulgaria leaving on May 7th, if I fly to Kuala Lumpur will I be able to get a visa in time for my trip ?

Hi,
I am living in region of Asia and I have bulgarian passport issued 2009, valid untill 2014. Can I renew my passport in Malaysia?
Please check on the web about this appointed Consulate by your ministry. His credibility is questionable when he had lost in his appeal in 2011.
