Renewal of Permanent Resident
Dear Sir/Madam,

My Brother, a Nigerian married a Bulgarian woman and they have two children later on there was a problem and they divorced. He is presently in Nigeria and his Nigerian Passport together with is Permanent Resident Permit has expired in April, 2010. He is desirous to go back to Bulgaria because of the children. Please he want to know the procedure of how to get his Bulgarian Resident Permit renewed.

Requirement for Togolese National student to obtain 1 year Bulgarian visa to do master degree in Bulgaria
Please what is the requirements for a Togolese national student to obtain a visa for one year for Bulgaria? A friend as obtained a scholarship from the International Organization of the Francophonie to do a master degree in Bulgaria. Unfortunately there is no Bulgarian Embassy in Togo and the only country close to Togo in Nigeria.
