I am currently on a 2 year contract in Uganda, but am a South African citizen. I have booked tickets to Sofia Bulgeria to take my 3 daughters on a Ski holiday BUT I am unable to obtain assistance as to how I can obtain a visa into Bulgaria as there is no embassy in Uganda and the embassy in Ethiopia has closed down.
