Visa for Brunei
The embassy in Moscow is not possible to reach by phone! It switchs permanent to fax !!
Even the address is still the wrong old ones mentioned! Nothing mentiond about the embassy!
Like a phantom !

No any information about the visa procedure, needed docs, visa form and visa costs are mentioned?
Nice situation ... but they post the tourism in Brunei!
It is not convinient at all for people!!
May be they change it in the 21 century!

Some negative points regarding Brunei embassy in Moscow
1) The embassy secretary is absolutely incompetent and cannot communicate with customers. She does not know what politeness is.
All she could tell you every time, is that she do not know anything and you should call later to be able to speak with consul, and than drop the phone. If I was trying to ask her something she raised her voice and than drop the phone.

2) The consul is out every time. It is a big luck to catch him. Even the mentioned working hours are from 09-00 till 13-00 and from 14-00 till 17-00 he is coming not before 11-00 till 13, and than you can sometimes catch him from 15-00 till 16-00.

3) To get visa you need to wait not less than 2,5-3 month. The documents are send to Brunei fro proceeding.
During this period the embassy will not help you to speed up the process and not provide you with any information regarding you visa status. All they will do is they will wait when the documents will come from the Brunei.

Just for information:
For Russians they have a long security screening process, when the person who applied for visa is checked by Interpol (and maybe other organizations). As I was told, Russia is placed in the same list with Pakistan, Algeria and etc., so Russians are not very reliable persons (maybe terrorists) and need to be completely verified and checked before allowing getting visa. However the most of other countries citizens getting visa on arrival for the period from 2 weeks till 3 month.
