dear sir/madam.i am a permanent resident of brunei darussalam and holding brunei CI passport.my children are philippines national.i would like to enquire if i apply tourist visa for them,do i need to get a statutory declaration from brunei courthouse or just go directly to the embassy.i am now on holiday in the philippines and will be leaving on 07 jan 2011.thank you
