I am a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago and I am living in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia under the Malaysia Second Home programme, I am desirous of visiting Brunei to attend a meeting which will require me to stay in Brunei for about 3 days, firstly do I need a visa, and if so how do I go about it.

I came across information about this position on the website of the Brunei Higher Education Ministry.Am keen to find out if this is a currently available and how do I apply for it. Am a retired teacher of more than 27 years of teaching experience and keen to work overseas.
