Seeking information regarding obtaining entry VISA, to Brazil, as United States Citizen (passport) traveling to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with entry to Rio de Janeiro scheduled via Delta Airlines on November 8, 2010, and departure via Silversea Cruise Line on November 10, 2010. It has been brought to my attention through Silversea Cruise I must obtain "entry VISA,' independently. I, currently, have residency in Tripoli, Libya, where I'm employed and wish to obtain the necessary travel VISA/documentation through the Tripoli, Libya, Brazilian branch if at all possible. If possible what steps need to be taken on my behalf to fulfill this requirement; and if not could please direct me accordingly.
