Rude lady at the counter, the experience is extremely frustrating and unpleasant. Someone needs to teach this staff the basic manners. They treat you like beggers.
IT IS REALLY SCARY AT BRAZILAIN CONSULATE MUMBAI, AS THEY DO NTO HAVE ANY WEB SITE FROM WHICH WE CAN OBTAIN VISA INFORMATION,STAFF IS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE AND LITTLE RUDE TO SOME EXTENT.
STAFF IS INVOLVE IN LOT OF MALPRACTICES THEY ARE DEMANDING RS.3000 TO RS.5000 TO GRANT VISA ON SAME DAY I THINK THAT THE CONSUL IS NOT AWARE OF THE HAPPENINGS AT THE CONSULATE.
the consulate staff in mumbai do not dispense a lot of information.They seem they are doing a favor and not encouraging a lot.does the brazilian consulate value indian travellers or not???

Starting with the peon at the reception to the rude lady at the counter, the experience is extremely frustrating and unpleasant. Someone needs to teach this staff the basics of customer service.
