It is unreasonable that there is no way to book an appointment with Brazilian consulate in London. Why the Brazilian government is even "represented" in the UK when its people can't be served. A possible explanation is that this government does not believe it is its responsibility to represent Brazilian citizens abroad. Also there is already one established monarchy on this side of the world and it is not Brazilian.
It is an absurd I do not see a way I could get my passport renewed in London. There is never availability on line to book an appointment and bookings can not be made by phone. This is disgraceful!
It is absurd the fact that my passport expires in July 2013 and I do not see a way I could get it renewed in London. Am I going to have to travel all the way to Brazil just to renew a document? What am supposed to do as travelling is part of my job and I can't afford to have an expired passport! As usual, it is very frustrating dealing with a Brazilian entity!

Mudanças positivas sao bem-vindas. Mas o novo metodo para Renovaçao de Passaporte "on line" nao funciona. Estou tentando desde Março 2012 e nada!!!! Passaportes vencidos desde aquela data. O Consulado nao atende, os horarios sempre em vermelho. Resposta obtida pelo email: ENVIE PELO CORREIO = passaporte so para 3 anos e o custo de Notario Publico é salgado!

My Brazilian wife and I got married in England in 2009 but now live in Brazil. Unfortunately, we have lost the original certidao de registro casamento (which we had translated and certified by yourselves from the English marriage certificate). Could you please tell me if it is possible to get another original done by you and how we would do this.
