How can i get a Brazilian tourism Visa here in Nigeria

Mr Bello Nasiru Ask Me To Go And Paid For My Visa Fees Which I Did And He Said That I Sould Also Pay 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira Only) For My Document Which I Did And He Sent My Appointment Confirmation To Me Some Days Later And Date Is Monday October 26, 2015 Abuja Time 13.30,

Sir We Both Meet At Hotel In Abuja And That Is The First Time Of Meeting Mr Bello Nasiru And His Friends In Person And They Told Me To Go American Embassy That They Have See Two Girl Which They Her Consular And When We Get There The Visa Was Not Issue.

Sir Mr Bello Nasiru Also Ask Me To Paid 40,000 (Fourty Thousand Naira Only) Which I Gave Him The Money Direct And He Gave It To His Friends And Late His Friends Said That He Going To Start New Appointment For Me And Later They Ask Us To Go Which I Do.

Sir Later When I Did Not Hear From Them I Gave A Call And He Said That My Passport Is With Mr Bello Nasiru In Lagos And I Also Call Mr Bello Nasiru Which He Confirm To Me On Phone That My Passport Is With Him And I Told Him To Help Me Send My Passport Which He Did Not Sent It.

Sir Later Mr Bello Nasiru Told Me That His Now Working Direct With Brazil Consular And He Said That If I Need Brazil Visa He We Get It For Me And He Said That All I Need To Do Is To Send Him 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) Which I Do And This Money Was Sent To Mr Bello Nasiru By His Bank Account Which Am With The Copy Of The Teller Now.

Sir Since 22 Jan 2016 Nothing Have Happen Till Now And I Ask Mr Bello Nasiru To Send Me My Money And My Passport Which He Ask For My Account Number And I Gave Him My Account Number And Nothing Have See From Mr Bello Nasiru.

Sir I Also Have A Lot Of Proof To Suported This Becuase Mr Bello Nasiru Always Chat With Me On My Whatsapp Which All Our Conversation Was Save.

Sir I Have The Right And Resorces To Put Across My Petition To The Office Of Other Relevant Agencies And National Officers But I Want The Intervention Of Your Good Office Before Deciding On My Next Line Of Action.
