Hello, i'm writing from brazil. This is not the official embassy website, it is a comercial website. I'm also trying to help a syrian friend trying to come to brazil and want to find out if the consulate in Khartoum is issuing visas. انا مواطن سوري مقيم في الخرطوم تقدمت بطلب فيزا لجوء انساني الى السفارة البرازيلية في السودان من تاريخ24/10/2016 وحتى تاريخ 27/2/2017 لم تصدر الفيزا اتمنى معرفة سبب تاخر صدور الفيزا
