i am an Ethiopian who got addmitted to Texila American university and on Arrival student visa had been granted by home ministry of Guyana.My flight path is through brazil plus The Ethiopian immigration law restricts to leave a country with on arrival visa so i am forced to apply for a brazil visitor/transit visa.so please reply me.
