Dear Sir,
We are a tour operator in South Africa, my clients will be visiting Namibia for a week and they plan to visit Botswana as well. Would it be possible to apply for Botswana Visa on the first day of arrival to Windhoek and how long will it take to get a visa?

I, Jesper Bjerregaard Jensen, am writing on behalf of an Angola NGO, ADPP or DAPP (Development Aid from People to People) member association of Humana People to People, with Headquarters in Zimbabwe, implementing developing projects in Angola since 1986.
A ADPP (DAPP) cooperate with the Ministry of Education in Angola on a nationwide Teacher Training program since 1995, currently operating 14 Teacher Training Colleges, with around 5.000 Teachers graduated.
From 2013 the program will be fully adjusted to the Educational Reform in Angola and change from being a two and a half year program to become a 3 year program.
This adjustment and change in the program, partly involve introduction of a 4-months International bus travel in African countries in order to learn from, not only books, but also from first hand reality experiences and thus learn to learn.
In this respect we write the Embassy of The Republic of Botswana as Botswana do not have a representation in Angola.
We are hereby asking what are the formalities in terms of Angolan citizens entre The Republic of Botswana?
Are visas required?
Are visas obtainable at the border?
What is the cost of visa to Botswana for Angolan citizens? (if any)
If visas for Angolan citizens are required, what is the procedure to follow?
