I am a Botswana Citizen now living in South Africa, I need to convert my driver's licence to a South African Driver's licence and the Transport Department requires a confirmation letter from your offices which states that my licence is valid. I cannot get through to your landline at all. I have sent a fax, but have not yet had a reply. Please reply and inform me of the steps to be taken to obtain this letter from your offices.
