Possibly you can help me. I am trying to locate someone by the name of NAESSENS M. The last address I have is Avenue du Val d'Or 50, B1150 Brussels Belgium.

I have looked on the internet and can not find a website in English I can use to try to find the phone number or new address for this person. Do you know the name of a web site I can use to do research to find him?

Do you know anyone who lives near this address to ask if anyone knows this person? Or if the building manager remembers this person or knows where this person moved to or where this person worked or any information about the other people who might have been living with this person???

It is EXTREMELY important I contact NAESSENS M or he will loose $10,000 USD.

Please help find this person. I am sure if someone was looking for you to give you $10,000 USD, which you would hope, wish and pray that someone would try to find you.
