My friend is 71 years old and we are going to Medjougorie Iam Irish citizens and she is from Nigeria and have Irish resident I want to know if she has Croatian visa if she needs Bosnian visa.The Croatian embassy in Dublin say she doesn't need as she entering Bosnian through Croatian.Please advise it is for Marian pilgrimage.

REQUIRE A VISA TO VISIT BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA
Dear Sir/Madam

We are holding visas to visit Croatia in August 2013. We are also holding visas to visit Montenegro.

Is there a way in which we can apply for visas prior to our travel. What would the procedure be
