Considering that many of questions raise on this site are very common to all and there would be no need to send our questions if we just read frequently asked questions and answers but having gone through I could not find one single reply from the embassy side to any of questions raised thus my question is: do you reply to these questions and if the are personal replies?
In any case I would suggest, since are very common innocent questions and common answers that could be useful to other - to keep both here.
Furthermore - reading the note below - than what is the purpose of allowing people to comment and ask questions if nobody will reply??
Hopefully it is not a language barrier

I am a tour operator from Thailand who now operating a trip to Bosnia. I have found only a few informations in internet on how and where to apply. What are the requirements? Is there Bangkok office? or I have to apply directly to Malaysia. How long the process would take?
