Dear Sir / Madam

I have been invited to visit Bosnia by the below company and personnel to discuss various business deals. I have asked them to send you a letter of invitation and other relevant documents. Due to the fact that Bosnia does not have an Embassy in South Africa I have decided to fly to Greece – Athens and the collect the visa at the Bosnian Embassy there. I am in the process of getting my Schengen visa first for Greece then fly to Athens and get my Bosnian visa there.

This visit is very important for Bosnia.

I will also send my application to you and any other relevant documents that you may require

What is very important is that I spend very little time in Athens as I need to get to Bosnia fast.

I also need the contact details of a hotel or Bed and Breakfast close to your embassy, where I can make a booking, so that I can be close to you to get the visa sorted out as soon as possible then fly on to Bosnia.

Many thanks
