Study Spanish in Bolivia
May I request that this message may be read by the ambassador of Bolivia.
I am teaching basic Spanish in volunteer capacity. I want to learn more on Spanish. I can not afford to study in Spanish schools in Bolivia. The Philippine government can not afford my expenses.
May I request that the government of Bolivia may shoulder my expenses: 1. airfare from Philippines to Bolivia and vise-versa 2. tuition fee. 3. one year food and accommodation 4. one year monthly stipends.
There are millions of Filipinos who want to learn Spanish.
