ECOBaNk. Scam. Sheriff Ted Brown. Scam
Sir.
I need your help. I have been Scammed by so many people and. You need to investigate these two individuals especially right now. ECO BanksSupposely new Governor Hoover Paulson. And Sheriff Ted Ernest Brown who have scammed me recently. I have trying to get my crime victim award and they keep holding my money as hostage for more money as they no I don't have much money and they keep charging me with fees and security charges and just recently Hoover Paulson charged me $500 for something he won't tell me for. Yes I sent $760 to
Marcel Chukwu who actually is the so called chief Ted Ernest Brown. I have documents and receipts for it all. It is not just these two but many others. I'm a 73 old man who has become Destitute over all this Scamming that I fell for.
They make all these promises Gary Matsen your $11 million will be I your account tomorrow at 11am African time. That is just what the so called chief told mei have his email. Hoover Paulson and his wife should be put into Prison, as he told me he she nows about it all and gets the money.
I want this email to go to us ambassador to Benin rep Michael Raynor.
I have contacted the FBI with all this a Scamming and Illegal work being done by these two people plus many others.
Hope to here from you,
Gary Matsen

Airport
I have paid for a ticket with Delta/Air France to fly a friend from Cotonou to the USA. She has a Visa to enter the USA, but someone would not let her board due to not having $1000 on her. So it was rescheduled, then when she went to leave they made her pay for her bags though the reservations indicated she was allowed 2 bags, plus they are saying she needs a medical exam to depart. The Visa required a medical exam and she has the Visa. This is costing money we don't have.
