Comments on this Embassy
In early Aug., I sent a letter to Ambassador Daniel Gutierez. I have not had a response to that letter. I would like to hear from him because he stayed with us 11 years ago on a Rotary Exchange program and I asked him some questions in my letter.
Hi,
We would like to inform you that we are FACE GROUP OF COMPANY from India. We are one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of all kinds of Tiles and Ceramics. (Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, and Porcelain Tiles)
We will be thankful to you if you could provide us the contact detail of the buyers or agents or importers of these products.

With best regards,

I currently live in Los Angeles and have been trying to get a passport for the past month and have not been able to do so. I called the office of the consulate in LA and the woman up in the office started to get rude on the phone. Obviously she don't need to be answering the phone because she has ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills. Their job is to answer questions/queries that customers may have. She was just a very unprofessional person at her job. People need their passport for various reasons and can't get it. Instead we have to put up with a whole bunch of ignorant people in these offices. How long is it going to be before we can get a passports again, the way it seems is that this is a free service they are providing. We have to pay for every letter they dot. I need to get my passport as of two months ago. It's very frustrating and it seems no one can help. The officials in Belize don't care because their families can get whenever they feel like.
I currently live in new York city I have been trying to renew my passport for 2weeks I called the embassy in ny for information on how to do so they have been giving me false information every time I call and they have been nothing but rude an unhelp. now I was told that they have stopped doing any passport renewals and I have booked a trip which I will end up loosing my money because I was told by them that It would only take 6 to 8 weeks. so due to there false information I will loose a lot of money. if there is someone that reads this and can give me any helpful information as to what I can do to renew my passport or get a extension please email me at nenaliz24@yahoo.com my trip is in exactly 8 weeks and I do not have insurance on it so I will loose the money I paid for it. thank you
