Visa for Italian permanent Residence card holder.
Dear Sir-
I am a ethiopian borne ethiopia, received Italian permanent Residence card. Do I need a visa to go to belize? How to get a visa? If I have Italian residence card (Permanent Soggiorno,and ethiopian passport)
(1)may I fly there directly without obtaining visa prior? and get the visa at the airport. or do i need to obtain visa in Italy prior my travel? in both case what are the conditions i have to fulfill.
