Can I apply for visa
I am a Nigerian with Ecuador torist visa and I like to visit Belize before going back to nigeria,can I apply for the visa as a torist.what would be the requirements thanks.

Apostille Marriage License
I was recently married in Belize and I need an Apostille Stamp from the Consulate. Do I need to make an appointment to bring my marriage license to the consulate?
