Can a U.S. citizen move to Belize and become a resident there if that person has had a non-violent, non-drug related felony in his past? The person is not on Parole or Supervision at this time and has completed all mandated requirements. Basically the person is now free. If this is possible, are there any restrictions or requirements to attend to in order to get a passport or a Visa to Belize?
