Belizean passport renewal
How can I renew a belizean passport of a born belizean living in the netherlands if that person is an invalid individual that cannot travel back to his/her country of origin to get it renewed, and has a valid official document that states the condition of the person but by some cause where as the person cannot be in belize due to their condition the belizean immigration department does not in any circumstance want to be of any valid assistance to renew the born belizean's passport. Can the belizean consulate that is in the netherlands be of any such assistance to that invalid person? Please contact me on my phone number: +501-628-7438 thank you for your kind support....
