Dear sir madam
I have 5 years permit of Itly i want to join a share with a current companay in Belgium ..can i apply for professional card ?
and where can i apply? or do i need appointment in Belgium embassy in Italy ..or can i go there dirctly for information?...

i have one question, few person have Italian residence.
